2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use Nogodbet's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual on Nogodbet may only one account per account. If a single individual is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Nogodbet may request your national ID, passport, or other documents at any time to confirm your identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

8. Account Closure & Dispute Resolution

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Nogodbet reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• By order of law enforcement authorities
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

For any dispute, please contact our customer support team first. The support team will respond within 48 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, a complaint may be submitted through the licensing authority.
